The mouse (arrow) does not work on the server, what should I do?

Hello, please help me for some reason it stopped working (the arrow is moving) on the server. Everything is working on Windows, but I turn on the remote desktop (server)  and the arrow does not work on it, it weighs one meter. I press it on the keyboard, it means the server is not frozen, but the arrow (mouse) that is frozen does not move. How do I fix this. I did a server reboot, but it still doesn't move
